Having been involved with the project at Sorrel House from the start David (our youngest son) and wife Sae have taken the opportunity to spend some time out of the UK to live in Sae`s home country of Japan. We thought by creating this space we can share in their experiences and journey through Japan. We look forward to the meals we can enjoy together when they return.
